+## Planka workflow
+
+Use the `TodoApp` board in Planka to track project work. Your Planka user is `Pi Agent`. The board has four columns: `TODO`, `IN PROGRESS`, `IN REVIEW`, and `DONE`.
+
+- Put new tickets in `TODO`.
+- When you start work on a ticket, assign it to yourself and move it to `IN PROGRESS`.
+- When your work is finished, move it to `IN REVIEW`.
+- Do not move tickets to `DONE`; the user reviews them and does that themselves.
+
+Follow the Planka skill's confirmation requirement before making any board changes.
