Project instructions
Planka workflow
Use the TodoApp board in Planka to track project work. Your Planka user is Pi Agent. The board has four columns: TODO, IN PROGRESS, IN REVIEW, and DONE.
- Put new tickets in
TODO. - When you start work on a ticket, assign it to yourself and move it to
IN PROGRESS. - When your work is finished, move it to
IN REVIEW. - Do not move tickets to
DONE; the user reviews them and does that themselves.
Follow the Planka skill's confirmation requirement before making any board changes.
